There is a free pdf driver for Windows which can be useful. If
postscript is what you want, Adobe distributes a free driver which
supposedly creates a nice ps file which conforms to the 'standards'.
Have tried both and can safely say they work. But, I have never tried
Publisher with these (In fact, what does Publisher do?)
