Sorry, no clue. I wondered about this too.
All I found in directories like /debian-non-US/ (i.e.
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/debian-non-US/) is pretty old stuff... but I
think that must be available somewhere, even if you can only get it
via apt-get after installing the US version...
