no, i mean dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 - you don't need to redo
ALL changes - just set the right resolutions and refresh rates (i
think you can choose Medium in that step, i don't remember correctly,
i'm using self compiled xorg for some time now) and say 'yes' when you
will be asked if your monitor is LCD device.
