It could be added to gs-gpl, but it will not be in the gs distro for long
since upstream loses track of it every so often. It probably could be added
to the gs-apfl package as well, but not upstream.
The best thing would be to package it separately as a dropin plugin for all
three gs packages. I don't know how difficult that would be, as most gs
drivers want to be compiled along with gs itself (bad!).
