wget http://incoming.debian.org/gnome-terminal_2.4.1-2_i386.deb
wget http://incoming.debian.org/libvte-common_0.11.10-1_all.deb
wget http://incoming.debian.org/libvte4_0.11.10-1_i386.deb
dpkg -i *.deb

Problem solved.

You can also wait till the incoming packages make it into the regular
unstable repository tonight or tomorrow.

Please read the documentation.  If you are unable to deal with minor
problems like this by either waiting them out or working around them,
you really should be running stable.  Unstable *can* break, if you run
it, be prepared for that.
