Actually it's the only RPM Dist that has Policy similar if not exactly
like Debian's. So it breaks up things like Postgresql into 5+ packages
depending on what you are doing. And they have fingered out most of the
dependency hell RPM Kitchen Sink install Distros are all about. They take
the approach Debian does, install a little at first and add what you want, 
then update from there.

Sounds a lot like Debian... cept it uses RPM.
