Yup, pretty much.  And lately, there's been from what I can tell a
Portland script kiddie that's been exploiting machines mostly around
town but sometimes abroad or across the country that run telnetd to
harass furnet IRC and DOS both that network and me.  I have plenty
good reason for kililng off this dinosaur:  It's dangerous.
