putty.exe is just under 400kb.  It is one of the most hassle-free
Windows applications in existence.  No Dll files required, no
complicated installation procedure; just a single executable.  You can
drop it anywhere and it just works.

The only thing even remotely complicated is that it will create
registry entries to store e.g. host keys and so forth.  However, it
has a command-line option to delete all the entries it creates.
