mime_forward refers to something entirely different.  It controls
whether the forwarded message is stuck in 
    ---- Forwarded message ----
    --------------------------
delimiters as text in your message or whether it appears as an
attachment to your message.

I think it would be nice for a more automated method but I don't know
of one off the top of my head.  Perhaps an index_macro could do it,
but I don't know.
