True, but the people to bitch at are *your* ISP. It's your ISP's
responsibility to get your ISP delisted. If your ISP is unable or
unwilling to do so and it's affecting usability of the service, that's a
fairly strong indication to you that the ISP does not want or care about
your business and you should *strongly* consider taking your business
elsewhere. When switching, it's probably a good idea to aks what thier
position is on network abuse and paruse NANA for a few weeks to see
which ISPs are inattentive to network abuse.
