Spamcop getting it wrong is pretty rare.  Listmaster should probably
mark himself as "innocent bystander" next time it happens, if they
haven't already and preferrably outright reject list submissions that
trigger spamassassin at 5 points.

I suggest 5 points because out of the last three weeks, I've noticed
only two submissions to the list that weren't spam but were marked as
such by spamassassin here at ursine, one yesterday from a newbie with a
misconfigured MTA claiming it's domain was "desktop", and one submission
about a week and a half ago from someone whose ISP is spam friendly
(spamassassin found one host blacklisted by six RBLs in the Received
headers, one or two might get it wrong occasionally, but I think six is a
pretty clear sign).
