Need web server recommendation

I need a recommendation for a web server with the following requirements 
(or something close):

1) Good mailing list support
2) Free
3) Not Apache

I can't join the Apache mailing list.  Its spam filter won't allow me 
in.  I've run into problems with Apache, not all domains are working.  
So I have to change web servers to one that I can get support for.
