I changed 

-Adobe-Helvetica-Medium-R-Normal-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-*

to

-Adobe-Helvetica-Medium-R-Normal-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1

in the preferences of pgaccess

Now it works.
