For future info, you might find dpkg -L valuable:
pkg -L | --listfiles package ...
List files installed to your system from package. However, note
that files created by pack age-specific installation-scripts
are not listed.
To help you find the binary you're trying to run (which in this case is
/usr/bin/gabber, as it should be) try this:
dpkg -L gabber | grep bin
and you get
/usr/bin
/usr/bin/gabber
