not sure which you meant but on my system gabber installed itself to
/usr/bin/gabber and /usr/share/gabber
a quick search at http://packages.debian.org shows gabber 0.8.4-5
available in unstable
and there is probably more info and source code available at the
gabber home page http://gabber.sourceforge.net
