Sounds like he's sending mail with no hostname in the address.  Your mail
server adds its own name when the mail is received - to inertia.com.au,
"mario", by itself, means "mario@inertia.com.au".  This is a configuration
error on Mario's system and he should fix it ASAP, especially if he ever
wants to receive replies to his mail.
