Ok, I seem to have fixed this with:
set followup_to=no
...in my .muttrc (which is coming to be a work of art, if I may say so
myself <g>).
I'd still like to modify things so that I can munge 'from' based on
destination (local network/host, use my username, remote network/host,
use my Internet email address). Still surprised that this can't be done
at the MTA level, where it belongs.
