/etc/X11/xdm/Xresource_0 is the X resources file used by xdm for the
local display. It contains multiple XConsole resources

fetchmail > /dev/xconsole
NOTE: you need write access to the file to this (obviously), but the default
owner of /dev/xconsole is root.
