ftp in access lost

Hello,

could you tell me please, where i find alot of Information about 

dbkg-ftp , then i lost the ftp"-Funktion" in the Access menu in dselect

after my installation from debian.

my Question: How can i back the dpkg-ftp back from the Netscape to my

Access menu in dselect ??
