¿Te funciona el soporte NE2000 de toda la vida? Intenta cargar el módulo
durante la instalación y dudo que te dé errores.
Por otro lado haz un cat al /proc/pci y mira si el chipet te suena de algo, a
alguno de los módulos que se te ofrezcan en la instalación.
Cuéntanos si consigues algo.
