Você pode tentar o BricsCAD [www.cadlinux.com], usa tecnologia do IntelliCAD. Porém, não é livre , ainda esta em fase de teste (beta) e faz uso do wine.

Descrição de algumas funcionalidades dele:

    * Diferentes alternativas de Licencias y Convenios.

Desculpem pelo OT, mas alguém (em especial os arquitetos e engenheiros de plantão)conhece algum substituto livre para o AutoCad?

Estou fazendo um estudo comparativo e precisava dessa informação.
