Das sagt mir doch was. Boote das System mal irgendwie und kopier deine /proc/mounts nach /etc/mtab. Danach schaust du mal nach ob die /boot/grub/devices.map korrekt ist und baust dann dein initrd neu mit update-initramfs -k all -u. Bei mir ging das so in etwa und das System war benutzbar.
