Der Kernel ist schon der richtige. Was er meinte ist, daß bei
Aktivierung der genannten Optionen ISA nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Du
solltest also die Architektur- und Prozessoreinstellungen überprüfen:

config ISA
        bool "ISA support"
        depends on !(X86_VOYAGER || X86_VISWS)
