Meines Erachtens nach dürfte SuSE gar kein mysql in ihrer Distribution
verwenden, denn in der "Lizenz"[1] zu SuSE und Yast steht:

Zu Gunsten des Debian Projekts bei SuSE auf Unterlassung zu klagen, mysql in
ihre Distribution aufzunehmen würde ich begrüßen und mich auf den Rechsstreit
freuen.
Leider fehlt mir das nötige Kleingeld und ich möchte mir auch nicht anmaßen
im Namen dieses Projekts zu sprechen.
Btw. Ich habe die - größtenteils demokratische Struktur - von Debian noch
nicht so ganz durchschaut.Wem sollte man empfehlen zu klagen?
