Not only juramisc but also jurarsp and juraabbrev are specific to the
german juridical system (at least according to the description in
tl-latex-extra). tl-lang-german might be more appropriate.

Looks good. I am not sure if I had included the different thesis styles,
but why not.

Ok, in that case I don't understand the current splitting, especially
why tl-context depends on it.

A few more minor things

mhequ: tl-latex-extra => tl-math-extra
ogonek: tl-latex-extra => tl-lang-polish
uhrzeit: tl-latex-extra => tl-lang-german
