Just take << 3.0. There were some 2.99.x packages, but I wouldn't care
about them - we can't help if somebody still has experimental packages
from January installed. Besides, I don't know whether there's any
problem at all with Replacing against a version that you actually don't
take a file from.

And what if we have to upload 2.0.2-32, or if somebody has a backport
2.0.2-31.sarge0 installed? Equal signs should only be used where you
really know that it's exactly that version.
