I have taken a look into this and I think that I can prepare a NMU for
texinfo/info packages based on the sources from TeX live, but otherwise
exactely like the previous packages, plus the stuff for working together
with TeX live and tetex.
Or I can make a texlive-texinfo packages which conflicts wiht texinfo,
and leave the info package alone.
Thus the follwoing questions:
- Josip, what are your plan? Should I prepare a NMU or do you have
something in preparation?
- Frank: What is your suggestions concerning this topic?
Thanks a lot and all the best
Norbert
