savannah and texlive.

Ok, I remake a version based on the original source to avoid these
problems. New changelog:

(Closes: #320413, #181793, #205022, #204202, #221988, #261742, #277754)
* install texinfo HTML documentation (Closes: #277921)
* make postinst script POSIX, don't use command (Closes: #293053)
* fix de.po, thanks Jens Seidel (Closes: #313844)
* uses new tex-common and install fmtutil-config files (Closes: #253124)
* install install-info as ginstall-info (Closes: #285983)
* bumped Standards-Version to 3.6.2.1 (no changes necessary)

KIRBY MISPERTON (n.)
One who kindly attempts to wipe an apparent kirby (q.v.) off another's
face with a napkin, and then discovers it to be a wart or other
permanent fixture, is said to have committed a 'kirby misperton'.
