Uh? http://tug.ctan.org/search.html gives no hits when searching for
files with "pts-tetex", the package descriptions neither.  Searching for
"cm-super" gives
http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/ps-type1/cm-super/, which includes
even a debian directory.

By the way, I think the copyright file should give a full URL, not just
say "downloaded on http://www.ctan.org";.
