Bug#208311: Cannot install.

I cannot the newest tetex-bin package.  

The installation process is: 

  Setting up tetex-bin (2.0.2-4.3) ...
  Regenerating /var/lib/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf ... done
  Regenerating /var/lib/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf ... done
  Regenerating /var/lib/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg ... done
  Running initex. This may take some time. ...

and debconf said:

Could not find default config file for dvipdfm (config).

The program will exit now.

I can select the only "ok"  button.  And I select "ok", 
an error occurs.

The error messages are:
  dpkg: error processing tetex-bin (--configure):
  subprocess post-installation scriput returned error exit status 1
  dpkg:dependency problems prevent configuration of tetex-extra: ...
