I cannot the newest tetex-bin package.  

The installation process is:

  Regenerating /var/lib/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg ... done

and debconf said:

I can select the only "ok"  button.  And I select "ok", 
an error occurs.

The error messages are:
  dpkg: error processing tetex-bin (--configure):
