Hello Daniel,

Thanks for the minutes. Unfortunately, I consider it incomplete.
Here are my comments about missing items:

1. You agreed to update the existing bylaws with the new legal
   seat.

2. It was not really agreed to postpone new bylaws, but you
   committed to circulating a draft, and we would circulate best
   practices documents. I'd say that should be recorded.
   [do you have an ETA?]

3. I was supposed to get a quote for a professional translation, but
   the translation was postponed for now [I do have the contact
   already and can get the quote as soon as the new bylaws are
   ready].

4. Points 8=E2=80=9310 of

   are missing entirely, it seems.
