I can't see the Subgroup option. Reading 
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/group/subgroups/#creating-a-subgroup
it seems that only the Owners of the Science group can create
subgroups.

At https://salsa.debian.org/science-team I can see the "New Project"
button but no Subgroup next to it.
