Going back into the kernel-config and activating SMP stop the kernel while booting and there is no Error message WHY it stops. The only thing is that I have a message that it check for SMP or such. This happen to PII (333, 350 and 366) and PPro 200. The problem is, that I have those machines running in Morocco where the Environement temperature is OVER 50°C and most of all other machines went giving up (P3, P4, K7, Duron, Sempron, Athlon) since they do not support this temperature. I have already ask on <debian-isp> HOW toreplace such machines for such heavy environement but gotten no answer. This mean, I have to keep attention of NEW Kernel-Source releases and need to compile immediatly new ones. Fortunatly the selv-made kernel is working FOR ALL computers with this problem, which mean, I need only to compile ONE kernel-image for all. If you have suggestions (in general HOW to replace the current computers to more modern Hardware) please let me know. The TWO 19" SPARC are working perfectly too, but are too expensive for my customers.
