| This is present in the debdiff:
|
| diff -Nru /tmp/cmWaq0sk4n/rggobi-2.1.4-2/debian/compat /tmp/jsOBhqjdsu/rggobi-2.1.4-4/debian/compat

Cool. I *never* ever create debian/compat file, but I delete them on
occassion. I still do not understand how it could have been 'here' (where I
build package) but not 'there' (where I build on pelosi, based on a diff.gz
dating back to 'here'). Strange.

Understood. So let me make it "Debian R" Policy via an entry in
/usr/share/R/debian/r-cran.mk --- the cdbs stanza these 50-ish packages
all source.

What value should I set? Or should I let cdbs set it?

Thanks as always, Dirk

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
