In that case, would you mind filing a package removal request against
ftp.debian.org as the maintainer, asking for ucd-snmp's removal from
unstable?

In addition to the cheops/i386 dep on libsnmp4.2 (which I've just scheduled
a binNMU for), snort also has a broken build-dependency on libsnmp4.2, btw,
which obviously becomes RC once libsnmp4.2 is gone.
