Well, that's a known bug in britney because britney doesn't have version
tracking support.

Hrm.  While true, if the bug exists at all I would expect that it affects
0.45-2 the same as 0.45-2sarge0, so it really *shouldn't* be "from other
branch". :)

Anyway, since the bug isn't a regression against testing, I've added a hint
to push dropbear through.
