Broken versioned Depends on quantmod (Was: NMUed tseries)

Grrrr, its broken again. Dh-r insists in injecting the versioned
dependency specified in imports. This results in
Depends: r-cran-quantmod (>= 0.4.9)
which can not be fullfilled (since r-cran-quantmod 0.4-13) is "lower".
I'm seeking for a workaround ...
