The ipp-usb service is active but neither 'driverless' nor ippfind
see the printer and sane-airscan does not appear to work. You also
cannot access the web interface. I am lost!
The message
ipp-usb is not ready for this device
is coming from ipp-usb. It seems to me that this is the most important
information you have supplied.
I suggest you report this issue upsteam (give the error message).
