You provided information at

that cleary shows your printer is new enough to support IPP-over-USB.
Why not repeat all the commands I gave there?

Where does it say this?

Can you access the printer from a browser with http://127.0.0.1:6000'?

This seems more a matter of your setup on unstable and unrelated to
printing.
