That is good. The avahi-browse and driverless commands do not work for the printer nd they should. How do you go on with 'http://127.0.0.1:60000' in a browser?
in system-config -printer , the thing you created (the icon
"envy" like your last command done it)
is well shown . but i can not print . even a test page .
the printer is not automatically recognized (not the case in bullseye where it is very well recognized )
when i had the hplip installed , the icon "envy 5530 ..." was created but has never gone to be functionnal .
is my printer too old ? do i have to change it ?
i set printer on , it says :
ipp-usb is not ready for this device
also i can't shut down the computer .Just switch off ?
the printer never switches off and the pc never , too .
or after a very very very long time and i didn't wait more than 1
ou 2 minutes
(that's enough normally it is instantly )
to switch off the printer , i have to unplug it (mains and usb) ,
replug it (mains only) ,
set it off (there it is ok) and replug it (usb) .
and , only in this case , it is ok for the pc .
with bullseye stable , all is ok , i have no problem . retested this morning .
