I have already done that and there are still no lines related to SD card
in the output of this kernel.
I am trying the RAM disk now and I hope I can load a root filesystem
from ramdisk image :)

BTW: Do you mind tell me something more about fdt? I have no knowledge
on it. Is it seems to the initrd image of x86 Linux? I found there are
three parameters of "bootm" command. Could you tell me what the last two
parameters stand for? Thanks.
Uhh, fdt is a very broad topic. If you want to dig a little bit deeper
into it than I can only suggest to read the device tree documentation
in the Linux kernel (Documentation/devicetree/booting-without-of.txt)
and the OpenFirmware specifications under [1]. Also U-Boot's ftd wiki
site [2] nicely links all important information together.

The three bootm parameters should be the ftd, kernel and initrd
