Uhh, fdt is a very broad topic. If you want to dig a little bit deeper
into it than I can only suggest to read the device tree documentation
in the Linux kernel (Documentation/devicetree/booting-without-of.txt)
and the OpenFirmware specifications under [1]. Also U-Boot's ftd wiki
site [2] nicely links all important information together.

The three bootm parameters should be the ftd, kernel and initrd
addresses.
