The installer use yaboot with sometime only one pass and sometime two
passes to boot. When I have the two passes behaviour, I have the
Calling ibm,client-architecture-support message the first time then
yaboot prompt and then yaboot boots fine in the installer.

Before filling a bug report against yaboot I will try another install
following Frank Fegert advices about video=ofonly and checking power6
microcode. I'll do this as soon as I have time at lab for this (not
before next week, so don't be worry if you don't have much info from me
soon).
