It's listed in the documentation on the web. (http://www.alsa-project.org/)
However, I have to admit that I haven't tried to use it myself on any
ppc machine. It is possible that the module doesn't work on anything
but x86. I really don't know enough about the system to give any more

I found the driver in alsa :)  I did the make-dpkg modules-install and it looked like that it went just fine.  I see the drivers when I lsmod

Now I can also use Alsa in XMMS now but however I continually get pops like an old LP.  I increased the ms time in the also config in XMMS but still nothing changes.

Also, I still can't get any sound through the SoundBlaster Card.  I am checking the web site for info but also wondering if anyone had any luck using it under the PPC?
