Use ``make vmlinux'' unless > you're sure your setup can use compressed kernel images. it does not matter, make zImage will still create a uncompressed vmlinux in the root of the source tree. zImage on the other hand creates a coff format image as well that are useful on some machines. for powermac you almost always want the uncompressed vmlinux though. am i the only one who thinks it would be cool to have at least sparc style compressed images for yaboot?
