Hmm, so I guess one good approach would be to package
libxml-libxml-xpathcontext-perl and maintain it as long as
libxml-libxml-perl doesn't provide the XPathContext module.

If you think that's a good idea, I can reopen the ITP (that I have
closed) and reupload the package.

By the way, I'd like to see that Perl library in debian for one reason:
backup-manager could recommend libnet-amazon-s3-perli (in the NEW queue
as well) which depends on libxml-libxml-xpathcontext-perl...
