Ah, OK.  This clears my doubt whether a bug report against
dh_installtex is needed to make it replace misc:Depends
correctly. So, it's my misunderstanding. :-)

So, I've reverted the misc:Depends replacement.
Only Build-Depends-Indep is changed.
