ltconfig and ltmain.sh are from libtool.  They are used to generate the
'libtool' script actually used during the build.  aclocal.m4 is either
manually created or automatically generated by aclocal(1).

Before you go any farther with this, I highly recommend that you install and
read the documentation contained in:

autoconf (info)
libtool (info)
automake (info)
autobook (HTML)

The documentation for each tool explains the nature of its input and output,
and how it interacts with the other tools.
