I tried to have a look at libquazip the other day
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-libquazip.html

The only missing piace is marble, which needs source changes.
I got in contact with marble's maintainer, who told me he's probably
going to have a look at it next week.
Given that it doesn't look such an important step moving this small
transition forward I hold back on the NMU things.
